Your Rights

Your rights under this policy are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

60 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and secure in your SIREN Periodwear. That’s why we offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, so you can try SIREN risk-free.

If you’ve tried your SIREN Periodwear and it isn’t right for you, simply contact us within 60 days of purchase at admin@sirenperiodwear.com with your order number.

  • You may keep the item you have worn or tried and we will issue a refund

  • If your order included multiple items, any unworn items must be returned to be eligible for a full refund

  • If unworn items are not returned, your refund may be adjusted accordingly

This allows you to try SIREN risk free while ensuring unused items can be returned in line with our hygiene standards.

This guarantee is limited to one claim per product per customer and may be refused in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.

Change of Mind & Size Exchanges

If you decide SIREN isn’t for you without trying the product, or need a different size:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition and packaging

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund (if applicable).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Hygiene Policy

Due to the intimate nature of periodwear:

  • Worn items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • However, under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, you may still receive a refund for a product you have tried

  • Any additional unworn items must be returned for a full refund

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@sirenperiodwear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

  • If your order has already shipped, you may follow our returns process once received
